I received certification in Colon Hydrotherapy and Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy through I-ACT (International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy) and trained with France Robert of the Internal Environment Institute.

Colon hydrotherapy (also known as colonics or colon cleansing) is a gentle, water-based therapy designed to support natural elimination.

During a session:

• Warm, filtered, temperature-regulated water is introduced into the colon.
   
• The process encourages natural peristalsis (muscle contractions).
   
• Waste material is softened and released through a closed system.
   
• Sessions are carefully monitored for comfort and safety.
   

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, with about one hour recommended for your total visit.
